Because our products are digital CAD files (STL, 3DM, OBJ), all sales are considered final once the files are downloaded.

However, we fully stand behind the quality, accuracy, and manufacturing usability of every CAD design we sell.

CAD File Support, Fix & Replacement Policy

If you experience a genuine technical issue, we are here to help.

We will fix, replace, or re-send CAD files if:

The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete
The CAD file does not open in the supported software
There is a technical design error that prevents proper casting or manufacturing

To receive support, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with a clear description of the issue and screenshots if possible.

What Is Not Covered Under This Policy

The following situations are not eligible for replacement or refund:

Change of mind after purchasing digital CAD files
Lack of knowledge or experience using CAD or 3D printing software
Compatibility issues with unsupported CAD software
Minor aesthetic or personal design preferences

Why Refunds Are Not Offered for Digital CAD Files

Digital jewelry CAD files cannot be returned, revoked, or reused once downloaded.
To protect our original designs, designers, and intellectual property, refunds are not offered.

That said, we always provide technical support and file replacement when a valid issue exists.
